One to One Addiction Counseling is for you if you have limited time and don’t need to detox. We help you to change behaviours that aren’t serving you around drinking or using mind-altering drugs. We can do sessions by ;

- WhatsApp,
- Skype,
- Google HangOut,
- HouseParty
- FaceTime.
During our first few sessions, we can decide on the frequency of assistance required, whether it’s every day or three or more times a week.
The one-on-one addiction counseling sessions are per hour, however, we will never leave you hanging if we uncover a problem towards the end of our session, I will hold you until you are ready to go out and face life after therapy.
